Delivery Helper
About The Position
National DCP, LLC (NDCP) is seeking a Delivery Assistant to support drivers delivering products to Dunkin’ stores. The assistant helps unload and deliver products using electric or manual pallet jacks and a two-wheel hand truck. Products are separated into freezer, cooler, dry, and chemical categories. NDCP is a supply chain management company serving more than 10,000 Dunkin’ locations across the United States. This is a full-time position in West Lebanon, New Hampshire, with a Wednesday–Saturday schedule. The listed pay is $22.65 per hour. The role involves frequent lifting, navigating stores and parking areas with delivery equipment, and repeatedly climbing in and out of the tractor and trailer. English proficiency must be assessed in accordance with applicable FMCSA requirements.
Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 55 pounds.
- Ability to follow simple directions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with employees and external customers.
- Strong team-player skills.
- Flexibility to work varying schedules.

Responsibilities
- Assist the driver with unloading and delivering products into Dunkin’ stores using an electric pallet jack, manual pallet jack, and/or two-wheel hand truck.
- Help identify products on the delivery truck under varying lighting conditions.
- Learn product descriptions and box types to support proper delivery at each location.
- Assist the driver in placing stock in the proper freezer, cooler, or dry delivery zone in the store.
- Frequently lift boxes and bags of varying sizes and weights.
- Divert traffic to support a safe working environment while the driver backs into store parking lots and delivery areas.
- Guide the driver through parking lots.
- Navigate busy parking lots and intersections while delivering products using a two-wheel hand truck or electric or manual pallet jack.
- Repeatedly climb in and out of the tractor and trailers throughout the day.
- Safely operate the side and rear lift gates on delivery vehicles.
- Assist the driver with other requests within safety guidelines and company policy.
