About The Position

The Deli Manager leads daily deli operations and a team of deli staff, with responsibility for delivering high-quality food service and maintaining safe, clean food service areas. The role includes recruiting, coaching, and motivating employees; scheduling work; managing inventory and key expense lines; and preparing timely, accurate store reports. Other duties may be assigned.

The employer is seeking a candidate who is at least 18 years old, holds a valid driver’s license, can work various shifts and days, and is comfortable with basic math. Food service experience is preferred. The candidate should be willing to become ServeSafe certified.
