About The Position

The Deduction Analyst is a strategic partner within the Deduction Management organization, responsible for advancing business intelligence reporting, driving deduction reduction initiatives, and delivering data-driven insights that improve business performance. This role develops and maintains Power BI solutions, analyzes deduction trends, identifies root causes and improvement opportunities, and collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance deduction performance, cash recovery, operational efficiency, and KPI attainment. Additionally, the Deduction Analyst provides advanced analytical support, reporting expertise, and training to deduction and customer business teams, enabling informed decision-making and continuous process improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree
  • 0-3 years of progressive experience in support of data management or strong internship program
  • Attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience creating data visualizations
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across functional teams
  • Understanding of statistical analysis and performance measurement techniques preferred
  • Experience with financial systems such as SAP, CRM, TPM is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead initiatives that reduce deductions, improve cash recovery, and enhance operational effectiveness through analysis of deduction trends, root cause identification, and continuous process improvement.
  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions that provide actionable insights, support KPI monitoring, and enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.
  • Serve as a trusted analytical partner to Sales, Finance, Customer Business Teams, and the SSO Deduction Team by delivering meaningful insights and recommendations that drive business performance and operational excellence.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, controls, and audit requirements by supporting audit and write-off activities, while also providing cross-functional project support, training, and operational backup to maintain business continuity.
