About The Position

NEXT Logistics, LLC is the private fleet for Nelson-Jameson, Inc., a fourth-generation, family-owned distributor serving the food industry since 1947. This Dedicated Regional CDL Driver position offers a consistent, dependable route that gets you back to your family every weekend. You will have your own dedicated, late-model tractor for every trip and will be paid per hub mile. We offer comprehensive health benefits, a 401(k) match, and performance bonuses.

Requirements

• 1+ year(s) of semi-driving experience.
• Valid Class A CDL.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency with weight scales, forklifts, and pallet jacks.

Nice To Haves

• HAZMAT and Tanker endorsements (we can assist you in obtaining these!).

Responsibilities

• On-time delivery to customers and branch locations via dedicated freight routes.
• Efficiently collecting stock from suppliers as needed.
• Staging and loading orders to optimize route efficiency.
• Professional handling of hazardous, perishable, and freezable goods.
• Maintaining accurate logs, mileage reports, and bills of lading.
