About The Position

NEXT Logistics, LLC is seeking a Dedicated Regional CDL Driver for its private fleet, serving as the dedicated freight arm for Nelson-Jameson, Inc. This full-time position offers a consistent, dependable regional route with a focus on getting drivers home to their families every weekend. Drivers will be assigned their own dedicated, late-model tractor and will be compensated based on actual miles driven. The company emphasizes a "Golden Rule" culture, prioritizing honesty, integrity, and respect for its drivers.

Requirements

1+ year(s) of semi-driving experience.
Valid Class A CDL.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proficiency with weight scales, forklifts, and pallet jacks.

Nice To Haves

HAZMAT and Tanker endorsements (company can assist in obtaining these).

Responsibilities

On-time delivery to customers and branch locations via dedicated freight routes.
Efficiently collecting stock from suppliers as needed.
Staging and loading orders to optimize route efficiency.
Professional handling of hazardous, perishable, and freezable goods.
Maintaining accurate logs, mileage reports, and bills of lading.
