About The Position
The Dedicated Class A CDL Driver operates regional runs for a high-paying, dedicated retail account, originating from a distribution point in Phoenix, Arizona. Drivers deliver consistent freight to dedicated locations in Arizona, Utah, and select areas of Southern California. The position offers a predictable dispatch schedule averaging three structured dispatches per week and weekly home time for a full 34-hour reset. Drivers earn an average of $1,500 per week through competitive mileage pay plus $220 per load for delivery and unloading. Freight is consistent year-round, averaging three full trailer loads per week. Drivers unload at delivery sites using roto carts and hydraulic lift gates; loose floor-stacking and heavy individual box-throwing are not required. Equipment includes late-model sleeper tractors with automatic transmissions and standard 53-foot dry van trailers. Applicants must live within 75 miles of Phoenix to support routing and home-time requirements.
Requirements
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A).
- At least 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL tractor-trailer driving experience.
- Residence within 75 miles of Phoenix.
- Meet standard DOT physical, background, safety, and drug/alcohol screening requirements.
