About The Position
We are seeking dedicated Class A CDL drivers for a high-paying regional lane running between Laredo, Texas, and Smyrna, Tennessee. This dedicated position offers competitive mileage pay, predictable multi-day home time on a rotating schedule, and 100% no-touch freight. Drivers safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer along the dedicated route, complete routes efficiently, conduct vehicle inspections, maintain accurate electronic logs, communicate with dispatch, and follow DOT safety regulations and traffic laws. Freight is primarily drop-and-hook, with occasional live unloads. This is a full-time W-2 employee position with dedicated year-round freight. Compensation is $0.69 per mile, with average weekly earnings of $1,550–$1,650. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance options and a 401(k) plan.
Requirements
- At least 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL tractor-trailer experience.
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
- Clean driving record.
- Ability to pass standard DOT physical and drug screens.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer along the dedicated route between Laredo, Texas, and Smyrna, Tennessee.
- Complete routes efficiently while handling 100% no-touch freight, primarily through drop-and-hook, with occasional live unloads.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Maintain accurate electronic logs (ELD) and communicate reliably with dispatch.
- Adhere to DOT safety regulations and traffic laws.
