About The Position

We are hiring Class A CDL drivers for a high-paying, dedicated retail account. Drivers operate regional runs originating from a Phoenix distribution point and deliver consistent freight to dedicated locations in Arizona, Utah, and select locations in Southern California. The role offers weekly home time for a full 34-hour reset, a stable dispatch schedule averaging three structured dispatches per week, and year-round freight averaging three full trailer loads weekly.

This is a touch-freight position. Drivers unload full trailer loads at delivery sites using roto carts and hydraulic lift gates; loose floor-stacking and heavy individual box-throwing are not required. Drivers use late-model sleeper tractors with automatic transmissions and standard 53-foot dry van trailers. Average weekly earnings are $1,500, with competitive mileage pay plus $220 per load for delivery and unloading.

Requirements

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A).
• At least 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Reside within 75 miles of Phoenix.
• Meet standard DOT physical, background, safety, and drug/alcohol screening requirements.

Responsibilities
