About The Position
Drive regional routes on a dedicated Dollar Tree account from the Ocala area, serving locations including Tampa, Orlando, Fort Myers, Miami, and the Florida Keys. Drivers typically complete approximately three turns per week, with three to five stops per load, and are home weekly for a 34-hour reset. The position involves touch freight, unloading deliveries using rollers. Drivers operate automatic sleeper trucks with 53-foot dry van trailers. A truck may be taken home if safe, secure parking is available. Average pay is $1,436 per week (approximately $74,676 per year), with top weekly pay of $1,546 (approximately $80,407 per year). Pay rates are based on experience, and additional unload pay is available.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL.
- At least 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience.
- No SAP drivers.
- Clean driving record.
- DOT Medical card.
- Able to work weekends.
- Reliable and safety-focused.
