CDL-A Dedicated Regional Driver – Up to $2,200 Weekly
About The Position
This is a dedicated regional touch-freight driving position serving the Family Dollar account from Ashley, Indiana. Drivers average $1,700–$1,850 per week, with top weekly earnings of $2,200 and stated annual earning potential of $80,000–$115,000+. Base mileage pay is $0.85–$0.88 per mile based on experience; eligible additional earnings can bring all-in pay to as much as $1.76 per mile. Drivers also earn $335 per unload and $30 per backhaul. A $2,500 sign-on bonus is paid over the first 180 days, subject to remaining an active company driver at each payout milestone. The account averages approximately 1,110 miles and three loads per week, with typically three to five stops per route. Freight is unloaded entirely by the driver, box by box, using rollers. Deliveries cover Indiana, Michigan, Illinois, Ohio, and Wisconsin. Drivers are home three to four times per week, typically every other day for a 10-hour break. The schedule includes night driving and early-morning deliveries; night, weekend, and holiday work may be required. One week of ride-along training is provided at $150 per day, and support staff are available 24/7.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL.
- At least 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience.
- Clean driving record.
- Valid DOT Medical Card.
- No SAP drivers.
- Ability to unload freight box by box using rollers.
- Ability to work in extreme temperatures and perform physical unloading.
- Must have secure truck and trailer parking during home time; retail stores and other unsecured locations are not permitted.
- Bring two weeks’ worth of supplies to orientation.
Responsibilities
