About The Position

Koniag IT Systems, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking an experienced Decision Support Planner (Advanced) with an active TS/SCI security clearance and SAP eligibility to support KITS and its government customer in Falls Church, Virginia. The planner will bring a strong background in Information Operations and critical technology areas to support joint, combined, and interagency-informed military campaigning. In this role, the Decision Support Planner serves as an advisor and strategist, integrating intelligence, knowledge of technology development, and Information Related Capabilities (IRCs) into strategic planning and operational orchestration. The position supports planning at the strategic or operational level for the Department of War, interagency, or Intelligence Community.

Requirements

Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance, with SAP eligibility.
8 to 12+ years of relevant experience supporting the Department of War, interagency, or Intelligence Community at the strategic or operational level.
Extensive, proven hands-on experience planning, integrating, and coordinating Operations in the Information Environment (OIE) and/or Cyber planning.
Strong background in Information Operations and critical technology areas.

Responsibilities

Lead the planning, synchronization, and integration of Information Operations—including Electronic Warfare, Cyber Operations, Operations Security, and other capabilities—into OSW, service, and Combatant Command planning.
Provide estimates of the information environment and target audiences in assigned regions to create asymmetric operational options.
Apply operational art and design through the Joint Planning Process and Military Decision-MMaking Process to develop comprehensive options.
Collaborate with intelligence planners, cognitive analysts, network analysts, and interagency elements to synthesize complex intelligence data into decision-advantage products.
Integrate intelligence, understanding of technology development, and Information Related Capabilities into strategic planning and operational orchestration.
