About The Position

Koniag IT Systems, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking an experienced Decision Support Planner (Advanced) with a TS/SCI security clearance to support KITS and its government customer in Falls Church, Virginia. The role supports joint, combined, and interagency-informed military campaigning. The planner serves as a core advisor and strategist, integrating intelligence, knowledge of technology development, and Information Related Capabilities (IRCs) into strategic planning and operational orchestration. The position focuses on planning and integrating Information Operations and related capabilities, assessing the information environment and target audiences, applying joint planning processes, and synthesizing complex intelligence into decision-advantage products.

Requirements

Active Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance, with SAP eligibility.
8 to 12+ years of relevant experience supporting the Department of War, interagency organizations, or the Intelligence Community at the strategic or operational level.
Extensive, proven hands-on experience planning, integrating, and coordinating Operations in the Information Environment (OIE) and/or Cyber planning.

Responsibilities

Lead the planning, synchronization, and integration of Information Operations—including Electronic Warfare, Cyber Operations, and Operations Security—into OSW, service, and CCMD planning.
Provide estimates of the information environment and target audiences in assigned regions to develop asymmetric operational options.
Apply operational art and design through the Joint Planning Process and Military Decision-Making Process to develop comprehensive options.
Work with intelligence planners, cognitive analysts, network analysts, and interagency elements to synthesize complex intelligence data into decision-advantage products.
