About The Position

Abode Energy Management is hiring a Decarbonization Advisor for its Connecticut program. The role primarily supports Abode’s work in the Connecticut Innovation Hub State Pilot under the New England Heat Pump Accelerator, working with contractors, customers, industry partners, community organizations, clients, and program vendors. The Advisor leads field-based outreach and supports program delivery, customer and contractor issue resolution, and day-to-day projects alongside the Residential Decarbonization team. The position reports to the Program Manager. The Advisor recruits and onboards contractors, coordinates outreach, meetings, training, and events, and provides ongoing responses and support to participating contractors and customers.
