Position Summary We're seeking a detail-oriented Deburring Technician who takes pride in delivering flawless finished products. At Addison Precision Manufacturing, the final touch makes all the difference. Requirements

High school diploma or GED Required; Trade/Vocational certificate in precision machining a plus!
1+ years’ experience in deburring or finishing operations.
Experience in aerospace parts finishing a plus!
Ability to solve problems, think analytically and critically.
Experience using hand tools and deburring equipment.
Strong attention to detail and quality focus.
Basic math skills and ability to use measuring tools.
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
Reliable and consistent work ethic.
Knowledge of measurement instruments.
Experience using manual and electric hand tools and machines.
Ability to stand for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

Trade/Vocational certificate in precision machining
Experience in aerospace parts finishing

Responsibilities

Perform precision deburring operations on machined components including filing, sanding, deburring, cleaning, grinding, masking and polishing parts in accordance with standards set by Addison Precision Manufacturing and the customer.
Remove burrs, sharp edges, and surface imperfections using various hand tools and equipment
Inspect parts for compliance with customer specifications.
Use precision measuring instruments to verify part quality.
Read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions.
Maintain detailed documentation of work completed.
Keep work area clean and organized.
Follow safety protocols and proper PPE requirements.
Handle delicate and high-value components with care.
Report any quality concerns to supervision.
