About The Position

This role involves operating basic machinery in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs). The Production Operator I will be responsible for loading and unloading materials, monitoring machine operations, and performing routine checks and maintenance. Maintaining a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety policies, and assisting in troubleshooting machine issues are also key aspects of this position. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of machinery and production processes.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Basic math skills.
• Computer skills including ERP systems.
• Fluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and/or location.

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred but not required.
