Learn more at www.hbfuller.com. H.B. Fuller is seeking a Production Operator I to support safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for operating production equipment, following established procedures, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts. The Production Operator I works collaboratively to meet production goals while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • 1+ year of experience in manufacturing, production, or warehouse operations.
  • Ability to read work instructions and accurately complete documentation.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
  • Authorization to work in the country of employment without sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree or technical training in a related field.
  • 2+ years of manufacturing or chemical processing experience.
  • Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
  • Experience using production systems, scanners, or inventory software.

Responsibilities

  • Operate manufacturing equipment according to standard operating procedures.
  • Accurately measure, mix, package, and label products.
  • Meet daily production, quality, and safety targets.
  • Perform routine equipment inspections and basic troubleshooting.
  • Complete production records and inventory documentation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S practices.
  • Follow all safety, environmental, and quality requirements.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve production issues.
