The Debt Manager oversees operations of a portfolio of municipal debt as well as works closely with the Treasurer on all debt financing and compliance matters. This role participates in assuring goals and objectives for the division are achieved through daily operations that include but are not limited to monitoring the portfolio in planning, internal reporting, compliance, accounting, and debt and assist in the analysis and execution of new bond offerings and other financing transactions.
