About The Position

Customers are often further along in their decision journey but need a skilled, consultative approach to understand their situation and confidently move forward. You’ll manage a pipeline of high-value opportunities and lead conversations that balance empathy, education, and financial clarity, often closing within one to two interactions. This role is designed for experienced sales professionals who can build trust quickly, navigate complex financial conversations, and drive clear decisions. The role is remote in the Dallas and Houston, Texas, metro markets and requires a high-speed internet or fiber broadband connection. The position offers Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday closing shifts, with eight-hour shifts between 12:30 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. CDT. The stated average total compensation is $75,000–$85,000, with top performers earning $100,000 or more annually. Compensation includes hourly base pay and uncapped commissions.
