Requirements

• 1+ years of consumer collections experience required.
• Ability to differentiate between a stall and a real dispute.
• Knowledge of FDCPA basics.
• A track record of hitting or beating production goals.
• Comfortable working accounts with minimal oversight once up to speed.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work premium zero agency placements, including consumer credit cards, personal loans, specialty financing, and auto deficiency portfolios.
• Negotiate resolutions using your own judgment and technique, without reliance on a script.
• Meet production goals and earn bonuses based on performance.
