Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Exceptional negotiation skills and customer service
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and general computer skills
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must pass background check
- Reliably commute to work (Required)
- Attendance is non-negotiable; upon acceptance of the position with CCL, it is required and understood that the applicant will be at work every day and on time.
- Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
Nice To Haves
- Debt collections, sales, or telemarketing experience
- Knowledge of the FDCPA and other regulations governing debt collections
- Some College Preferred/ but not required
