About The Position

The Dean of Enrollment leads the Enrollment and Recruitment team to achieve strategic goals and tasks. This role involves coordinating admissions and recruitment events, supervising staff, and ensuring a spiritually uplifting ministry environment. The Dean is responsible for developing training plans, creating a strategic plan for recruitment and enrollment to meet Bible Institute enrollment goals, and providing coaching to team members. Additionally, the Dean sets lead measures for enrollment and recruitment, monitors key performance indicators, ensures accurate record-keeping of prospective student files, and develops communication and mailing strategies in coordination with the Bible Institute Growth Strategist. The role also includes developing and executing a recruitment strategy for camps and ensuring the dynamic representation of the school at various venues to generate a consistent flow of prospective students.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise Associate Dean of Enrollment, Recruitment Manager, NY Admissions Advisors, NY Enrollment Services Coordinator, and Director of Financial Aid.
  • Ensure a spiritually uplifting ministry environment for all enrollment and recruitment personnel.
  • Develop training plans for continuous team development.
  • Develop a strategic plan for recruitment and enrollment to meet Bible Institute enrollment goals.
  • Encourage, challenge, and provide coaching to team members.
  • Coordinate scheduling of recruitment and admissions.
  • Set lead measures and ensure team accountability for overall Enrollment goals.
  • Utilize MMS reporting to monitor PTAC numbers and Shoretel/MMS reporting for contact attempts.
  • Ensure prospective student files are accurately recorded digitally and physically.
  • Develop and maintain a communication strategy for each lead status.
  • Develop and maintain a physical mailings strategy.
  • Develop a recruitment strategy for camps and ensure team involvement.
  • Set lead measures and ensure team accountability for overall lead generation goals.
  • Develop and maintain recruitment strategy in coordination with the recruitment manager.
  • Ensure recruitment events are scheduled.
  • Work with the Bible Institute Growth Strategist to maximize resources/displays at recruitment events.
  • Evaluate and monitor the effectiveness of each recruitment event.
  • Ensure the dynamic representation of the school at a broad range of venues.
  • Ensure recruitment and enrollment function within budgeted amounts.
  • Coordinate strategies with other departments (Marketing, Student Life, Financial Aid, etc.).
  • Report to WOL Executive Leadership on Enrollment and growth initiatives regularly.
