About The Position

The Dealership Quick Service Manager is responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective operation of the quick service department within an automotive dealership. Ultimately, the Quick Service Manager drives operational excellence that supports the dealership’s reputation and growth in a competitive market.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical or automotive certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in automotive quick service or related management role.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive maintenance procedures and quick service operations.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Associate degree or higher in automotive technology, business management, or related field.

Responsibilities
