Requirements

  • Previous automotive dealership experience
  • Service Advisor experience preferred
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong sales and upselling abilities
  • Knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

Nice To Haves

  • General Motors dealership experience
  • Experience using CDK or other dealership management software
  • Proven history of strong CSI scores and service sales performance

Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and provide a professional, friendly experience
  • Perform vehicle walkarounds and accurately document customer concerns
  • Prepare and manage repair orders
  • Explain recommended repairs and obtain customer authorization
  • Coordinate repairs with technicians and parts personnel
  • Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
  • Deliver exceptional customer service from vehicle drop-off through pickup
  • Build long-term customer relationships that encourage repeat business
  • Help achieve department sales, CSI, and customer satisfaction goals
