Requirements
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Computer skills (navigate multiple windows at a time, data entry, and able to learn new systems required!)
Nice To Haves
- 2+ years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or Service Writer
- High school diploma or GED
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist with service check-in
- Communicate with technicians and explain vehicle issues and service needs to customers
- Recommend appropriate services and products
- Set clear expectations regarding time and cost estimates
- Manage repair orders from start to finish
- Ensure customer satisfaction at pickup
- Maintain strong CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores
