About The Position

This is a full-time position at Countryside McDonough. The company is privately owned, community-oriented, and prioritizes customer service. Team members are expected to be team players with a pleasant and enthusiastic attitude, treating all colleagues with dignity and respect. They must follow site-specific and brand-specific procedures to ensure consistent and quality customer experiences. This role includes delivering customer cars to service stalls, picking up parts, performing safety inspections, oil changes, and minor repairs as directed, and any other duties required to be a team member. The position requires exceptional customer service skills and the ability to perform various assigned duties. The role involves working evenings, weekends, and varied hours based on business needs. This position participates in the E-verify program and has a 90-day introductory period, during which all employees are considered temporary and are not eligible for benefits. Performance is reviewed at the end of the introductory period to determine continued employment.

Requirements

Ability to walk and stand continuously
Lift up to 60 lbs
Bend, stoop
Climbing a ladder is required on occasion
