About The Position

Gordon Chevrolet is looking for a full-time versatile office role. This person has excellent communication and customer service skills. It is important to have a basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures/systems and the ability to multitask in a busy environment ideally with direct dealership experience.

Responsibilities

  • Filing
  • Training under accounts payable for backup
  • Creating labels for deal jackets
  • Warranty Cancellations
  • Backup deal costing
  • Backup CVR
  • Backup reception: Welcome guests, as they arrive in the showroom with friendly attitude
  • Answer all phone calls sent to the main office and direct them to the correct department or person.
  • Collect payments, provide receipts for payment, and process refunds.
  • Various other duties as needed.
