Requirements

  • Accuracy in auditing and processing financial documents.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Understanding and responding effectively to team needs.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
  • High school diploma preferred.
  • 1+ years in a dealership environment or experience processing car deals is preferred.
  • Prior automotive dealership and CDK experience preferred.
  • High School graduate or equivalent required.
  • 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

  • Process daily check and credit card deposits and assist with reconciling the cash sales accounting schedule.
  • Review car deals for accuracy and completeness using the Deal Checklist before submission to the Accounting Processing Center.
  • Maintain notes on missing or incorrect items in the Booked and Pending report and support compliance tracking.
  • Work with store teams and Business Managers to implement process changes and ensure revenue recognition.
  • Help maintain reconciled accounting schedules as assigned by the Business Manager.
  • Learn the Title & Registration Specialist role to support other accounting functions when needed.
  • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency in all assigned tasks.
