About The Position

This position is responsible for providing genuine customer service to guests, dealing Blackjack, accepting bets, and handling player transactions. The role involves paying winners, collecting from non-winners, and articulating the rules and regulations of the games to patrons. Additionally, the Dealer will fill and credit tables, and open and close tables according to established guidelines and procedures. Compliance with all company and departmental policies, State Gaming Regulations, and Internal Controls is mandatory. Regular attendance is essential for successful performance.
