About The Position
This is a full-time position for a Table Games Dealer at Bally's. The role involves providing genuine customer service, dealing Blackjack, accepting bets, and handling player transactions. The dealer must be able to explain the rules and regulations to patrons, manage table fills and credits, and open/close tables according to established procedures. Compliance with company policies, departmental procedures, State Gaming Regulations, and Internal Controls is mandatory. Regular attendance is essential for successful performance. Other duties may be required as assigned.
Requirements

- Ability to open and close tables according to established guidelines and procedures.

Responsibilities
- Give genuine customer service to our internal and external guests.
- Deal Blackjack.
- Accept bets.
- Build and maintain rapport with guests.
- Pays winners and collects from non-winners.
- Handles player transactions.
- Must be able to articulate rules and regulations to patrons.
- Fills and credits tables according to established guidelines and procedures.
- Opens and closes tables according to established guidelines and procedures.
- Complies with all company and departmental policies and procedures, State Gaming Regulations, and Internal Controls.
- Regular attendance is essential for successful performance in this role.
- Other duties as required.
