About The Position

This role is for a Dealer Services Specialist II at Manheim Las Vegas, a fast-paced environment within Cox Automotive. The position involves acting as a VIP concierge for dealer clients, ensuring a smooth and professional auction experience. The Specialist will represent the dealer sales lane, promote Manheim's products and services, assist dealers in prepping vehicles for auction, consult on pricing and bidding strategies, and resolve client issues.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED and 3 years of experience in a related field, or a different combination of education and experience such as a degree or certification in a related discipline or 5 years of experience in a related field.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to perform at a high level and adapt within a fast-paced team environment.
• The ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time, perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 15 pounds.
• Vision requirements include being able to see close, far and in color, judge distances and adapt to changes in focus.

Nice To Haves

• 1 to 3 years of auction experience or 2 to 4 years of dealership experience.
• Previous experience in sales support role.
