About The Position

This role is for a Dealer Services Specialist II to join the Manheim team at Cox Automotive. The position involves being the primary contact for dealer clients, ensuring a smooth and professional auction experience. The specialist will act as a support for clients on auction days, ensuring everything runs efficiently. This role is not a remote position and requires working at a specified Cox location.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED and 3 years of experience in a related field, or a different combination of education and experience such as a degree or certification or 5 years of experience in a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform at a high level and adapt within a fast-paced team environment.
• Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time, perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 15 pounds.
• Vision requirements include being able to see close, far and in color, judge distances and adapt to changes in focus.
• Must clear a pre-employment drug test.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

• 1 to 3 years of auction experience or 2 to 4 years of dealership experience.
• Previous experience in a sales support role.
• Bilingual English/Spanish

• Representing the dealer sales lane on sale days
