About The Position

This role is for a Dealer Services Specialist II at Manheim Las Vegas. The position involves being a VIP concierge for dealer clients, ensuring a smooth and professional auction experience. The specialist will represent the dealer sales lane on sale days, promote Manheim's products and services, assist dealers in prepping vehicles for auction (in-lane and online), consult on pricing, reconditioning, and bidding strategies, and resolve problems and answer client questions.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED and 3 years of experience in a related field.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to perform at a high level and adapt within a fast-paced team environment.
• The ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time, perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 15 pounds.
• Vision requirements include being able to see close, far and in color, judge distances and adapt to changes in focus.
• Must be able to clear a pre-employment drug test (marijuana pre-employment drug test is not administered, but it is a drug-free workplace).

Nice To Haves

• 1 to 3 years of auction experience or 2 to 4 years of dealership experience.
• Previous experience in sales support role.
