About The Position

This role is for a Dealer Services Specialist II at Manheim, part of the Cox family of businesses. The position involves being the primary point of contact for dealer clients, ensuring a smooth and professional auction experience. The specialist acts as a support for dealer auction days, ensuring operations run efficiently. The role is based at a specified Cox location and does not offer remote work. A pre-employment drug test is required, excluding marijuana, but the company maintains a drug-free workplace policy.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED and 3 years of experience in a related field, or a different combination of education and experience such as a degree or certification or 5 years of experience in a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform at a high level and adapt within a fast-paced team environment.
• Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time, perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 15 pounds.
• Vision requirements include being able to see close, far and in color, judge distances and adapt to changes in focus.
• Must be able to clear a pre-employment drug test (excluding marijuana).

Nice To Haves

• 1 to 3 years of auction experience or 2 to 4 years of dealership experience.
• Previous experience in a sales support role.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
