About The Position

The Dealer Network & Programs Manager is a key member of the Dealer Sales organization responsible for building, documenting, executing and continuously improving the operating system behind the EcoWater dealer network. This manager owns the end-to-end dealer lifecycle, from onboarding through ongoing support, program participation, dealer health tracking, transitions and terminations. This role is both a strategic program builder and a hands-on process owner. The successful candidate will create scalable dealer programs, clear documentation, repeatable workflows and measurable reporting that improve dealer experience, reduce friction for Business Development Managers, and support long-term growth across the dealer channel. This position also serves as a strategic business partner across Dealer Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product Management, Customer Experience, and Operations, balancing program strategy with hands-on execution. The role helps design, measure, and continuously improve dealer programs, analytics, sales enablement tools, communications, and reporting infrastructure that improve dealer engagement, sales productivity, and program ROI. The purpose of this role is to build a best-in-class dealer operating model that ensures every dealer-facing process is clear, documented, measurable, compliant and consistently executed across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Sales, Business Analytics, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 5-10 years of progressive experience in channel marketing, dealer/distributor program management, sales operations, trade marketing, customer program management, business analytics, sales enablement, partner marketing, or dealer network operations.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills; strong Microsoft Word skills for professional documentation and communications.
  • Experience with CRM, Power BI, Tableau, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar analytics/reporting tools preferred.
  • Excellent communication, project management, organization, prioritization, follow-through, and cross-functional influencing skills.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, resourceful, and comfortable balancing strategic program work with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full dealer lifecycle, including onboarding, setup, maintenance, transitions, and terminations.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure accurate dealer setup, program enrollment, and operational readiness.
  • Maintain dealer records, territory assignments, account access, and lifecycle status tracking.
  • Lead the development, administration, and continuous improvement of dealer programs, including rebates, MDF, recognition, and support initiatives.
  • Establish program structures, eligibility requirements, communications, reporting, and governance processes.
  • Monitor program performance, budgets, participation, and ROI while driving dealer adoption and engagement.
  • Own and continuously enhance the EcoWater Dealer Playbook and all dealer-facing documentation.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, process documentation, templates, guides, FAQs, and communication standards.
  • Ensure documentation remains accurate, user-friendly, compliant, and aligned with business needs through regular reviews.
  • Serve as the primary coordinator for dealer experience improvements by identifying and resolving process challenges.
  • Gather and analyze dealer feedback to drive network support enhancements and operational improvements.
  • Support consistent dealer communications, business reviews, and performance discussions
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reporting tools to monitor dealer performance and program engagement.
  • Track key dealer metrics, including onboarding progress, program participation, training, territory coverage, and issue resolution.
  • Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to leadership to improve dealer health, processes, and strategic decision-making.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives related to dealer programs, onboarding, communications, process improvements, and system enhancements.
  • Drive project execution through clear plans, timelines, accountability, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Identify and escalate risks, remove roadblocks, and ensure timely delivery while balancing dealer and business needs.
