About The Position

Tutor Doctor Chandler-Gilbert-Ahwatukee is seeking passionate educators and subject-matter experts to make a meaningful difference in students’ lives. They provide support to tutors by handling client acquisition, billing, family agreements, scheduling coordination, and administrative logistics, allowing tutors to focus on teaching. Tutors receive ongoing support, training, resources, guidance, professional autonomy, recognition, performance bonuses, and opportunities to build long-term relationships with students.

Requirements

• Experience teaching, tutoring, mentoring or working with students with special needs, 504s, and IEPs
• Strong knowledge in one or more academic subjects
• Current college enrollment or a completed college degree
• Experience as a teacher, education professional or subject-matter expert
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• The ability to adapt instruction to different learning styles
• Reliability, professionalism and consistent follow-through
• Reliable transportation for in-home assignments
• A genuine passion for education and student success
