Tutor Doctor Arizona is looking for skilled, compassionate special education tutors to deliver personalized, in-home instruction across the East Valley. Requirements

Experience working with students who have IEPs, 504 Plans, or diagnosed learning differences (e.g., dyslexia, ADHD, autism spectrum, processing disorders)
Comfort implementing accommodations and modifications, and adapting instruction to individual learning profiles
Currently enrolled in college or hold a college degree
Strong communicator who can collaborate with parents and, when needed, school teams
Reliable transportation to travel to students' homes
Patient, adaptable, and genuinely passionate about student success

Nice To Haves

Background in special education or a related field preferred
Special Education degree or coursework a plus
Specialized certifications (Special Education, ABA) are a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

Deliver personalized, in-home instruction across the East Valley.
Provide individualized, accommodations-driven attention to students with learning differences.
Apply special education expertise in math, reading, or executive functioning support.
Collaborate with parents and, when needed, school teams.
Travel to students' homes.
