Requirements

Fluent in both English and Mandarin (strongly preferred) to support language immersion and communication with diverse families
Passionate about early childhood education and creating inclusive, engaging classrooms
Experienced in leading a classroom and developing educational lesson plans
Able to meet state and company childcare requirements
Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors and engaging in physical activity with children

Responsibilities

Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers including opportunities to introduce and reinforce both English and Mandarin language development.
Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the preschool children in your class, supporting a culturally inclusive and language-rich environment.
Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, while ensuring all licensing guidelines and company standards are met.
Build strong, trusting relationships with enrolled and prospective familiesincluding Mandarin-speaking familiesto support each child’s success and strengthen your center’s community.
