About The Position
Primrose School of Hillsborough is hiring a Daycare Assistant Teacher to provide nurturing care and support children’s learning and development. The role involves building trusted relationships with families and helping children develop foundational skills. The school provides a digital learning platform and a time-tested Balanced Learning curriculum to support classroom learning. No prior experience is required; training is provided. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday for 40 hours per week, with no nights or weekends.

Responsibilities
- Support a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment for children.
- Assist with age-appropriate lesson plans provided by the school.

- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
- Support children’s individual learning needs and encourage their social and emotional growth.
