About The Position

Vericast is seeking a Day Shift Production Operator to join their manufacturing printing team. This role involves operating various production equipment, monitoring performance, efficiency, and quality, and troubleshooting any issues that arise. The position is in a temperature-controlled, bright, and clean manufacturing environment. The company emphasizes teamwork and continuous improvement through Performance Excellence principles.

Requirements

Entry level position. No experience required
Regular standing, kneeling, bending, walking, and stooping.
Must be able to stand for 12 hour shifts
All employees are responsible for demonstrating the company's Core Values at all times and for using Performance Excellence principles to continuously improve effectiveness, efficiency, products, and services.
This includes, but is not limited to, participating on improvement teams, recommending and implementing improvement ideas, and participating in training and other activities to keep up to date on processes, information, etc.

Responsibilities

Operate various production equipment monitoring overall performance, efficiency and quality.
Troubleshoot system performance and quality problems, correcting them and stabilizing performance as they occur.
Replenish materials ongoing as materials are depleted.
Maintains production, efficiency and quality records
Other duties as assigned.
