About The Position
Marrakech is hiring Day Program Instructors for its West Haven, Connecticut day program. The role supports individuals with developmental and physical disabilities to live safe, fulfilling lives. Instructors build trusting relationships and encourage independence and personal choice while providing person-centered support. The work is team-based, and paid training is provided. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid Connecticut driver’s license.
- Ability to obtain DDS Medication Certification, CPR, and First Aid.
- Experience supporting individuals with disabilities is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities
- Assist with daily living skills, including personal care, meals, and routines.
- Support medical needs and appointments.
- Follow individualized support and behavior plans.
- Encourage community involvement and social engagement.
- Complete routine overnight safety checks when assigned to overnight staff.
- Work collaboratively as part of a supportive team.
