Requirements

Janitorial experience is a plus.
A passion for cleanliness.
Strong work ethic.
Ability to learn and change behavior.
Ability to work irregular hours.
Ability to perform physical requirements including standing, walking, pushing, pulling, moving, lifting (up to 25 lbs), bending, reaching, occasional ascending/descending, and repetitive motions.

Responsibilities

Maintain a high standard of excellence in cleaning commercial properties.
Clean main entrance glass.
Empty and replace liners on all exterior trash receptacles.
Police common areas and clean interior of elevator cabs.
Restock restrooms with necessary products (soap, towels, tissue, deodorizers).
Dust main lobby floor, light fixtures, metal work, mullions, and exterior windowsills.
Walk/police interior or exterior stairwells.
Pour water down drains in all restrooms.
Vacuum and dust mop/sweep hard surface floors.
Wet mop hard surface floors.
Report unit maintenance issues as per company procedure.
Report damaged, dirty, or stained carpets, drapes, furniture, and linens.
Report inventory and supplies to Supervisor.
Report lost and found items to Supervisor/Manager.
Assist in maintaining storage closets clean and organized.
Ensure a safe working environment at each site and office.
Utilize supplies and equipment efficiently and effectively.
Utilize time wisely and efficiently.
