About The Position

The Facilities Group Hawaii (TFG HI) provides commercial building maintenance and cleaning services, including daily janitorial work, carpet cleaning, floor stripping and coating, pressure washing, sanitizing, and building maintenance and repairs. The Day Porter services client properties across the island, such as office suites, professional buildings, educational and medical facilities, and financial institutions. Day Porters represent the company directly to clients and help maintain a positive impression of clients’ businesses. This is an essential Operations team role for a reliable, hardworking, self-motivated professional with high standards for customer satisfaction and problem solving. The position maintains cleanliness in office suites, restrooms, and indoor and outdoor common areas; uses appropriate cleaning products and methods; and follows TFG HI processes. The posted schedule is Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM, and Saturday, 7 AM to 11 AM. The job also states a need for flexibility to work up to 40+ hours per week and to work nights and weekends. Requirements
