About The Position
The Class C Custodian performs operational and cleaning duties at the KPS Administration Building and West Main Professional Development Center, along with other duties assigned by the supervisor. This is a 12-month, full-time position with a listed schedule of 5:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.; work times for each building are flexible based on need. The position is Grade C and pays $19.61 per hour.
Requirements
- High school diploma or accredited equivalency.
- Satisfactory school or previous employment record.
- Previous satisfactory experience as a custodian.
- Evidence of satisfactory ability to learn procedures and operations.
- Evidence of satisfactory work habits.
- Evidence of satisfactory attendance record.
- Ability to handle the physical requirements of the job, including bending, pushing, pulling, climbing, lifting up to 100 pounds, and reaching.
