About The Position

Royal Automotive Group is seeking a Custodian/Day Porter to maintain the appearance of its buildings. The ideal candidate is intuitive, friendly, personable, and comfortable with frequent movement, including walking and cleaning, as well as lifting or moving items weighing up to 70 pounds. The day porter maintains and cleans designated areas as directed by the Service Manager, including bathrooms, the lounge area, floors, and other areas. The role also involves restocking the lounge, maintaining a professional appearance, and greeting customers. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, have a strong work ethic, maintain a neat and professional appearance, hold a valid driver's license, and be able to work in a range of outdoor weather conditions.

Must be able to work in outside weather conditions, including hot, humid, wet, and cold weather.
Must be comfortable with frequent movement, including walking and cleaning.
Must be comfortable lifting or moving items weighing up to 70 pounds.

Responsibilities

Maintain and clean designated building areas as directed by the Service Manager.
Clean and maintain bathrooms, the lounge area, floors, and other areas as directed.
Restock the lounge area.
Maintain a professional appearance.
Greet customers.
