About The Position

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a Datacenter Security Access Management Specialist to supervise and manage physical access control systems in critical data center environments. This role, based in Richardson, TX, is crucial for supporting data center operations and security program management. The specialist will ensure secure, compliant, and efficient management of access for employees, contractors, vendors, and visitors, while also supporting business continuity and security objectives. Experience with enterprise access control systems, particularly Lenel, is preferred. Requirements

Minimum 3 years of security experience.
3+ years of experience in physical security, access control, data center operations, or security program management.
Strong understanding of security compliance, audits, and access governance.
Experience working in or supporting critical data center environments.
Service-first mindset, clear communication skills, strong attention to detail, and sound judgment.
Solutions-focused and thrives in both independent and team settings.
Experience managing enterprise access control systems (Lenel preferred).
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Experience with digital metric and reporting tools (Smartsheet, Power BI, PowerApps).

Responsibilities

Manage physical access programs, badge administration, and access permissions for employees, contractors, vendors, and visitors in critical data center environments.
Lead governance and administration of physical access controls to ensure secure, compliant, and efficient operations.
Oversee and support security compliance, audits, and access governance activities related to enterprise access control systems (Lenel preferred).
Maintain, edit, and submit digital metric platforms, including Excel, Smartsheet, Power BI, and PowerApps.
Communicate and coordinate inventory, equipment, record keeping, and related matters to ensure smooth delivery of services and support business continuity and security initiatives.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
