About The Position

As a Datacenter Access Management Specialist, you will be responsible for supervising and managing physical access control systems to ensure operational effectiveness across critical data center environments. This position will be based in Richardson, TX and plays a key role in supporting data center operations and security program management by ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient management of employee, contractor, vendor, and visitor access while supporting business continuity and security objectives. The ideal candidate is personable, dedicated, and equipped to lead the governance and administration of physical access controls, with strong customer service skills and excellent communication, aligned with our core values of Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness.

Experience managing enterprise access control systems (Lenel preferred).

Minimum 3 years of security experience needed.
Must have 3+ years of experience in physical security, access control, data center operations, or security program management.
Strong understanding of security compliance, audits, and access governance.
Experience working in or supporting critical data center environments.
Additional experience with digital metric and reporting tools (Smartsheet, Power BI, PowerApps).

Responsibilities

Manage physical access programs, badge administration, and access permissions for employees, contractors, vendors, and visitors in critical data center environments.
Lead governance and administration of physical access controls to ensure secure, compliant, and efficient operations.
Oversee and support security compliance, audits, and access governance activities related to enterprise access control systems (Lenel preferred).
Maintain, edit, and submit digital metric platforms, including Excel, Smartsheet, Power BI, and PowerApps.
Communicate and coordinate inventory, equipment, record keeping, and related matters to ensure smooth delivery of services and support business continuity and security initiatives.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
