About The Position

The Foundation for Catholic Education seeks a full-time Database & Robotics Program Coordinator to play a dual-role in creating our data infrastructure and supporting our Robotics program delivery. This position will oversee the implementation, maintenance, and reporting of our donor and program databases while providing critical support to our growing Robotics initiative in Catholic elementary schools across the region. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • 2–4 years of experience in database management, CRM systems, or program coordination.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and donor databases (experience with Blackbaud preferred).
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with flexibility and initiative.
  • Mission-aligned with a passion for Catholic education and student enrichment.

Nice To Haves

  • Interest in STEM education and experience working with school-based programs a plus.
  • Knowledge of coding preferable.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain donor, program, and constituent databases (transitioning to Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT).
  • Oversee data hygiene, imports/exports, deduplication, segmentation, and reporting.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, queries, and reports to support fundraising, finance, and programmatic needs.
  • Train staff on CRM tools and serve as primary liaison with software vendors and consultants.
  • Collaborate with the Development and Finance teams to ensure accurate tracking of gifts, pledges, and donor engagement.
  • Support automation and reporting related to EITC, TuitionCare, and other giving initiatives.
  • Work closely with the Robotics lead to support the planning, logistics, and implementation of robotics programs across elementary schools.
  • Maintain program data and assist with scheduling, registration tracking, and communication with schools.
  • Assist in inventory tracking, materials distribution, and coordination of robotics events, competitions, and trainings.
  • Support volunteer management and event logistics as needed.
  • Collect and report on program impact metrics in collaboration with the Robotics lead.
