About The Position

The Data Coordinator is a key member of the Data and Evaluation team, responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of program data within the Salesforce database. This role involves maintaining data quality, updating dashboards, and supporting staff with data collection and training. This role requires developed capabilities in data management and analytics with an eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a passion for data-driven work.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suite applications

Responsibilities

  • Maintain high-quality data within our Salesforce database, including monitoring for and resolving data integrity issues.
  • Collaborate with the Data and Evaluation team to monitor and resolve incoming data support requests via our internal ticketing system, providing timely and professional technical assistance to staff to ensure seamless database operations.
  • Assist in maintaining an up-to-date database by preparing data files for bulk upload, ensuring all information is correctly formatted and validated before integration into Salesforce.
  • Support in maintaining a high-quality resource library by performing reviews of instructional videos and documentation to flag and prioritize necessary updates.
  • Co-facilitate regular staff training sessions and assist with logistics for virtual or in-person trainings (e.g., managing chat, waiting rooms).
  • Collaborate with Programs and the Data and Evaluation team to create forms and surveys.
  • Participate in regular professional development activities, team meetings, and weekly supervisorial meetings.
  • Support and represent 10,000 Degrees at fundraising and appreciation events.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • This position requires some in-person presence and/or travel within the regions served.
