Franklin University invites applicants for its Data Collection and Support Coordinator position within the H.K. and Eva James School of Education. This role supports the Department Chair, faculty, and staff in all aspects of data collection and support necessary for gaining and maintaining compliance with national, regional, and state accreditation agencies. The coordinator will be responsible for maintaining existing and establishing new processes for organized evidence collection and ensuring data integrity for accurate reports. The position involves cultivating positive working relationships across the University and with external stakeholders and regulatory bodies. The coordinator will also coordinate with faculty and staff for report creation and submission to meet requirements from HLC, ODHE, ODE, and CAEP. This role requires an experienced problem solver who can proactively create and maintain report structures and ensure effective document storage and retrieval. The position is hybrid, requiring occasional face-to-face time in Columbus based on accreditation needs, and requires occasional flexible work schedules to meet deadlines. The individual will independently prepare summary documents for School of Education meetings.
