About The Position

Arcfield is seeking a Data Strategy & Systems Engineering Manager to lead Systems Engineering Technical Advisor (SETA) support to the GED Enterprise Data and Applications Platforms (EDAP) office under the Merigold contract. The role advances enterprise data strategy, architecture, governance, and implementation. The manager will lead a multidisciplinary SETA team that translates enterprise data strategy and evolving mission requirements into executable technical solutions and acquisition outcomes. The position guides the expansion and integration of enterprise data services across existing and future constellations, collaborating with Government leadership, System Program Offices, architects, engineers, acquisition professionals, and mission partners to advance interoperable and scalable data capabilities. The role combines technical expertise in enterprise data systems with leadership, systems engineering, and acquisition experience. It helps shape future data architectures, align cross-program investments and dependencies, and ensure technical initiatives are appropriately scoped, resourced, and executed within cost, schedule, and performance constraints. The manager balances enterprise-wide strategic objectives with practical implementation and provides independent recommendations to senior Government leadership.
